We rescue surplus medical supplies from local clinics and hospitals — supplies that would otherwise go to waste — and route them to communities in need across the globe.
Every year, clinics and hospitals across the country discard usable medical supplies — gloves, bandages, surgical tools, medications, and more — simply because they have exceeded their shelf life or a facility is upgrading its equipment. These supplies still have life in them. And in many parts of the world, they could be lifesaving.
United2Heal exists to bridge that gap. Since 2015, we have built a network of local healthcare donors, dedicated volunteers, and international partner organizations to ensure that no medical supply goes to waste when there is a community that needs it.
We handle the entire process in-house — from physical pickup at donor facilities, to sorting, recording, and packing, all the way to palletizing shipments for our overseas partners to collect from our warehouse. Every step is handled by our volunteers and team with care, precision, and purpose.
From a hospital hallway in Virginia to a clinic overseas — here is how a medical supply makes that journey.
Since our founding in 2011, United2Heal has grown from a small local effort into a trusted supply chain for medical relief. What started as a simple idea — that no useful medical supply should be thrown away when someone, somewhere, needs it — has turned into dozens of shipments and a global reach spanning four continents.
Our work is powered entirely by volunteers and the generosity of our community. Every glove saved, every bandage packed, every container shipped represents real people receiving care they otherwise would not have had access to.
There are many ways to be part of what we do — whether you give your time, your resources, or both.
Join our warehouse team and be hands-on in sorting, packing, and preparing supplies for shipment. No experience needed — just a willingness to make a difference.
